Tuesday, April 22: Enjoy morning coffee and a full breakfast to start the day, followed by a lunch buffet and an evening cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres (please note, dinner will not be served).
Wednesday, April 23: The day begins with coffee and a full breakfast, with a lunch buffet served midday.

All conference sessions are open to attendees. We encourage you to participate in as many sessions as possible to maximize your experience. Consult the complete agenda in this guide or access our event mobile app for more information.

Yes, name badges must be worn at all times as they are your ticket to all sessions and meal functions. If you lose your badge, please visit the registration desk for assistance.

Business professional attire is recommended for the duration of the conference.

Yes, portions of the conference will be filmed and photographed. These may be used on our website and social media.

Once your registration is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Cancellations will not result in a refund, and unattended events (no-shows) are also non-refundable. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation, which you must do independently.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a substitute from your organization. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant to contact@housingconferences.com. Note that badges are non-transferable post-printing, and badge swapping is strictly prohibited.

Please ensure your shipment arrives no more than 5 calendar days prior to the event to avoid storage fees. Note that FedEx Office at the hotel does not accept or store packages, so be sure to address it to a representative who will be onsite.
Delivery to Booth:
Yes, the hotel's Shipping & Receiving (S&R) team can deliver your packages to your booth space within the Platinum Ballroom. However, someone from your team must be present to sign for the delivery. Please also note that a delivery fee may apply depending on the handling requirements.
Return Shipping / Package Pickup:
The hotel does support outbound shipping. All return shipments must have a completed carrier airbill attached. For any pickups outside of FedEx, UPS, or USPS, your team will need to coordinate directly with your selected courier.

For package storage and deliveries, contact the FedEx Office Business Center at (213) 275-3657. Packages can be collected from the center, with handling fees applicable. For larger items (packages, pallets, crates, display cases), arrange delivery with the team at the same number. Note that package delivery should be arranged only after check-in and will require a recipient’s signature.

Yes, FedEx Office offers pack and ship services, along with packaging materials for purchase. Each outbound package must have a completed carrier airbill. Complimentary FedEx Express® shipping boxes and airbill forms are available. Coordination for third-party courier pickups should be arranged directly with those vendors and FedEx Office informed about the details. An outbound handling fee applies to all packages and freight.
